About Loomis Firm
History
Prior to starting my career as an attorney, I worked with a local bank in the High-Net Worth Personal Trust Division as a trust administrator and entered law school for the express purpose of specializing in Estate Planning, Trust & Estate Administration, and Taxation – the legal fields I have now built my practice around.
Early in my legal career, I received the "Rising Star" Ohio Super Lawyer designation by Thomson Reuters for 2010, and 2012-2013. I now live and work in downtown Cincinnati and regularly coordinate as co-counsel with the same firm under which I began my legal career.
I established Jennifer J. Loomis, LLC, also known as Loomis Firm, on January 1, 2020, as a sole proprietorship. As the firm owner and solo practitioner, I am admitted to the Ohio and Kentucky Bar.
I have specialized in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Taxation, Trust and Estate Litigation, and Business Formation and Succession Planning for over 20 years and earned my specialist certification from the Ohio State Bar Association by examination.
Located in downtown Cincinnati, my firm has easy access to the court houses and Hamilton County administrative offices. In addition to directly working with my own individual and company clients, I also regularly work with other firms as co-counsel. As a solo practice, Loomis Firm offers enhanced flexibility in both in-person meeting locations and other client-communication platforms, weaving personalized and technological solutions with its client-centered goals.
